Privacy Policy

This page describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This is an information notice provided, pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation 16/679, hereinafter also, for brevity, "GDPR", for the services and web pages of the site that can be accessed electronically from the address: www.voceartistica.it  corresponding to the home page of the site.
This notice is provided solely in relation to the site in question and does not extend to other sites or pages not belonging to the site itself consulted by the user via links, for which the user is encouraged to consult their respective privacy policies.

Type of data acquired and purpose of processing

Browsing or usage data: the computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data will therefore be collected automatically during the use of this application.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) cookies and other parameters related to the operating system and the user's computer environment.

These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of monitoring the proper functioning of the services offered.

Data disclosed by the user:The visitor/user is not required to enter any personal information within the site, except in the areas dedicated to “SUBSCRIBE TO NEWSLETTER” services or “SHOP” form or in the “SIGN IN” area, in order to create an account and be able to access it, where there are specific, dedicated privacy notices.

If the visitor / user  decides to send their personal data by filling out the form in the specific area of the site dedicated to that service, in order to access the services usable in this site, the owner will process such data to provide the requested service in accordance with the indications of this Privacy Policy and the specific information made in the accession phase.
Data may also be received from users who forward requests for information, to the e-mail addresses indicated on the site, these data will be used by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational and logical methods strictly related to the sole purpose of performing the service or performance requested by the owner or in some cases by those involved in the organization of the owner's business and appointed by them (administrative staff, support staff, sales staff or computer system administrators).

The owner shall take appropriate security measures to prevent any unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of such personal data.
 

Processing legal basis

The legal basis for the processing of the data you have communicated by filling out the form is the potentially pre-contractual requirement expressed by sending the query and/or of the request for bookings and by the legitimate interest of the data controller.

Recipients or categories of data recipients

Browsing data is handled only by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by those in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data from the web service is communicated or widespread.

The personal data voluntarily provided by users/visitor will not be widespread outside the business context, will be processed by the owner's staff acting on the basis of specific instructions, provided by the same with regard to the purposes and methods of such processing.

The updated list of data controllers can always be requested at any time from the Data Holder.

Conservation period

The data disclosed by the user for information and quotation requests will be kept until your request to unsubscribe from the Mailing List, which can be done by clicking on the button that allows unsubscribing.

The data voluntarily submitted to finalize purchases in the “SHOP” form will be kept for the time necessary to process your order and for contractual and legal obligations.

Navigation data is cancelled immediately after their aggregation (subject to any need for the investigation of crimes by the Authority).

Optionality of data conferment

The conferment of data made by users/visitors of the site is always optional; however, in case of failure to provide the data marked as “mandatory” within the request forms, RAVENNA INCOMING will not be able to provide the user with the information or services, from time to time, requested.
Specific summary information will eventually be reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

Rights of data subject

The subjects to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-21 of EU Regulation 679/16, namely: access the data concerning them, obtain their rectification, cancellation, restriction, oppose in whole or in part their processing by contacting the Data Holder of the same, requests are processed by the holder free of charge, as soon as possible, in any case within a maximum period of one month.

To exercise these rights, it will be possible to write contact details given in the section of the data holder.

Right to Complaint: Those who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
